Jack Donovan

Jack Donovan of Rossville has been one of the best golfers in the 2A classification in 2025.

This past week at the Regional Tournament at Mission Lake Country Club, Jack won the tournament by 12 strokes with a 4-under round of 68.

The round of 68 was a school record with the previous mark being set back in 1994.

Prior to regional’s this season, Jack had posted five second place finishes throughout the season which included a 74 at Firekeeper, a 71 at Cypress Ridge, and a 76 at Village Greens.

Jack’s scoring average in 2025 is 76.7 which is good for top five in 2A.

During his freshman season, Jack finished fourth at league, second at regionals, and 16^th at state. During his sophomore season, Jack finished third at league, fourth at regional’s, and 20^th at state.
