Allie Deiter

As the girl’s golf regular season starts to come to a close the attention will swing postseason action with Regionals and State competitions. While the Jeff West Tigers are getting ready for Regionals and State they have one more competition on the schedule and have enjoyed a solid season thus far this year.

Helping lead the way for the Tigers this year has been senior, Allie Deiter who last week notched a third place individual finish during the Tigers home Invitational posting a round of 91 to help her team win the team title on the day. Jeff West posted a 409 team score and just edged out Spring Hill by one-stroke for first place.

Deiter continued her solid performances at the Silver Lake Invitational recently placing second with a 47, just one-stroke behind first place, while Jeff West as a team took home second place with a team score of 214, seven-strokes off first.

The senior had a pair of fourth place showings earlier this year at the Seaman Quad and Osage City Invitational (the Tigers won the Osage City Invitational as a team).

A return trip to the Class 4A State competition is on the radar of Deiter as she tied for 43^rd last year at State with a 108 and looks to finish off her senior year competing at State.
