Holton & Jeff West State Girl's Golfer Each Tie for 44th in Class 4A

The girl's golf season came to a close on Monday afternoon and a pair of golfers from the area competed at the Class 4A State level with Holton and Jeff West represented at the competition at Dub's Dread golf course in Kansas City.

Capping off their golf season's was Holton Wildcat, Quinn Holaday and Jeff West Tiger Olivia Neuenswander who both posted a 108 at the State competition to tie for 44th. Holaday posted a 52 in the front nine and 56 on the back nine for her 108, while Neuenswander shot a 55 on the front nine and a 53 on the back nine to post her 108 score.

The winning score of the competition was a 79 in Class 4A from a golfer from DeSoto, while Hays won the title title with a 364 team score.
