The Valley Falls Lady Dragons went a perfect 16-0 to win the conference championship in the regular season and finished with a league best record of 32-9 overall. Immaculata was second place with an 13-3 NEKL record, while Maur Hill Mount Academy and defending league champ, Jeff County North both tied for third place honors with a 11-5 record.
