The football season has come to an end for the all the Big Seven League teams and it was another solid year of competition with teams making noise in postseason play.

The Holton Wildcats won their seventh straight Big Seven League title going unbeaten in League play again this season and made the Class 4A-DII playoffs earning an opening round win but falling in Sectionals to end their season at 9-2. Two other top teams in the Big Seven made the playoffs also as the Sabetha Bluejays and Nemaha Central Thunder both made the Class 3A playoffs. The Bluejays won their District and made the playoffs for the seventh straight year, picking up a big Bi-District round win over their rival in Nemaha Central and then ended their season in the Regional round, finishing the year 8-3. The 8-3 record is the best in a season since 2008 for Sabetha. For Nemaha Central, it was their first season as the Thunder and they continued the tradition of the Raiders and the Falcons making the playoffs finishing as District runner-ups this season. The Bi-District loss to Sabetha put the Thunder at 7-3 to finish the year.

Riverside was the only other Big Seven team to finish with an above .500 record on the year as the Cyclones finished 5-4 on the season, Perry Lecompton posted a 4-5 record on the year. Jeff West was the lone other Big Seven team to make the playoffs as they finished as District runner-ups in Class 4A-DII and made the playoffs, but fell in the opening round to finish 3-6. ACCHS and Royal Valley both struggled under first year head coaches both finishing 2-7, while Hiawatha finished also struggled on the football field posting an 0-9 record.

With the season in the books for all the Big Seven teams the All-League honors have been handed out and are listed below.
