It was another great year of competition in the Big Seven League with multiple teams competing for the top spots in the League and spots at the State tournament in the postseason. The Big Seven All-League honors have been handed out with multiple teams well represented.

The Lady Bluejays brought home the League title for the second straight year, winning it out right this year in a double robin League play season finishing 14-2 in League action. Sabetha had their top two scorers earn All-League honors as juniors, Alexis McAfee and Taryn Schuette got the nod. The second place team in the League in Nemaha Central had three gals earn All-League honors as junior, Rachael Baumgartner and senior, Jaci Swart both were named first team and senior, Kennedy McKernan earned honorable mention as the Thunder finished 12-4 in the League.

The rest of the League finished with Holton third (11-5 in League), Hiawatha took fourth (11-6), ACCHS placed fifth (9-7), Jeff West finished sixth (7-9), while Royal Valley (6-10), Perry Lecompton (3-13) and Riverside (0-16) rounded out the finish, taking seventh, eighth and ninth, respectively.

Holton had one All-League honoree as sophomore, Courtney Boswell earned first team honors, while Hiawatha junior, Emily Gartner put together another strong season earning first team All-League. ACCHS Tigers had a pair of All-League honorees as senior, Lillie Holtgrave earned first team and senior, Rachel Newquist grabbed honorable mention honors. Jeff West Tigers senior, Olivia Brees got the nod for first team All-League, while Royal Valley senior, Jaycee Worrell and junior, Kate Hanson also earned first team honors. Perry Lecompton had a pair of honorable mention honors go to junior, Sam Mallonee and sophomore, Lexia Jamison.

Just like the girls the Sabetha boys won their second straight Big Seven League title going 16-0 in League action this year and their starting five all earned All-League honors. The senior trio of Kegan Schumann, Kellen Russell and Brett Plattner all earned first team All-League honors, while juniors, Brock Frey and Calder Keehn both earned honorable mention. 

The Holton Wildcats posted a 13-3 League mark to finish second in the League and the senior duo of Garett Beecher and Trey Tanking both got the nod for first team All-League. While, Nemaha Central in their first year as the Thunder took third in the League posting a 12-4 League record and had a trio of guys earn first team All-League honors with seniors, Devin Henry and Abe Elder and junior, Luke Holthaus getting the nod. Jeff West and Royal Valley tied for fourth in the League each finishing with 9-7 records. Leading the Tigers this year was senior, Jacob Dickey who earned first team All-League, while his teammate senior, Grady Middendorf earned honorable mention. Royal Valley had a pair of honorable mention honorees with senior, Joe Cullen and junior, Jarrett Roy.

Riverside took sixth in the League (6-10), while Perry Lecompton finished seventh (4-12), Hiawatha took eighth (3-13) and ACCHS finished eighth (0-16). Cyclone senior, Andrae McGaughy and junior, Grant Shue both earned honorable mention All-League honors, while Perry Lecompton senior, Seth Surface was named to first team All-League. Hiawatha senior, Conner Winters also earned All-League honors getting the honorable mention nod.
