On a windy and blustery three Big Seven League boys golf teams took to the course at Western Hills in Topeka and competed against each other.

The Holton Wildcats led the way as a team as them and Jeff West only competed as teams and Royal Valley had just one varsity golfer on the day.

For Holton it was Braden Sides leading the way with a 37 to give him a second place finish, while Hayden May, Kaden Brandt and Parker Sides posted the third, fourth and fifth best individual rounds on the day giving Holton a four-man team score of 163. Garrett Beecher and AJ Haussler each posted a round of 44 for the Wildcats, also on the day.

The Jeff West Tigers were led by Connor Mickens again as he tallied a one over par 37 for first place, continuing his strong season thus far. Cooper Mickens, Hunter Overstreet and Collin Ellis rounded out the Tigers four-man score of 182, behind rounds of 45, 50 and 50, respectively. Zachary Murdock and Skyler Miller both also competed for Jeff West posting rounds of 50 and 54.

For Royal Valley, Brandon Hart was the only varsity competitor on the day and he registered a round of 54 at Western Hills.
