The Holton wrestling team placed third at the Clay Center Invitational on Saturday.  They only trailed 6A Schools Garden City (1st place) and Junction City (2nd place) in the team standings and had four grapplers make it to the championship bout. 

The Wildcats were led by Bradley Hooper who went undefeated and won the 285 pound individual championship.  Placing second overall were Hunter Price, Lane Lassiter and Andrew Rieschick while third place finishers were Justin Pool and Lucas Lovvorn.  Bringing home fourth place honors were Jonah Lutz, Justin Rieschick and Mason Baum. 

Holton host a Big 7 League dual this Thursday, December 13th against Sabetha.
