Jeff West Golf Invitational - Results

The golf season rolled along for area high school teams Tuesday afternoon at the Jeff West Invitational and the best area team finish came from the host Tigers who finished fourth out of eight teams competing.

The best individual performance came from Maur Hill-Mount Academy’s Nathan Sowers who shot 81 to take fifth, while Holton’s Ryan Taylor shot an 88 to take ninth.

Along with Taylor the Wildcats received a 16th place tie between Reese Holaday and Karsen Brandt who each shot 91.

As to Jeff West their best individual performance came from Gavin Schwinn who took tenth with an 89, while the Tigers also had Joshua Murphree and Lake Peet finish 16th and 18th.
