2019 Northeast Kansas All-League – Selections

The 2019 high school volleyball season wrapped up just over a week ago and with that the Northeast Kansas League has released their all-league selections for the year.

The league title was shared by Oskaloosa and Jackson Heights with identical 14-2 league records and each team finished with two players on the first team.

Oskaloosa was led by senior Jenna Pfau along with junior Reese Curry, while the Cobras had senior Kylie Dohl and senior McKenzie Kennedy each earn first-team selections.

The third spot in the league went to Pleasant Ridge who won 13 games in the league with seniors Haley and Hanna Forge named to the first team.

Jeff County North ended with the most success of any team this season as the Chargers earned a spot in the 2A State Tournament and earned two players on the all-league team in seniors Josie Weishaar and Kynnedi Knudson.

The other team with multiple players selected to the first team was Maur Hill-Mount Academy who had Blair Taylor and Madison Folsom each earn first team honors.

All-League selections were rounded out by Valley Falls and McLouth who each had one first team selection as the Dragons had senior Jaci Brinker while the Bulldogs had sophomore Sam Pope.
