Troy earned a spot in the 2-1A State Championship for the second straight after their first shuout win of the year coming in Sub-State against Pitt-Colgan. Trojans used a strong rushing attack with 250 yards on the ground and held Pitt-Colgan to just 65 yards of total offense in the win. Alex Martinez ran for 88 yards on 19 carries with 2 TDs, while Cuttar Huss added 63 yards on 8 carries with a TD and 96 yards on 8 receptions. Reid Greaser was 12-16 for 145 yards and Connor McNorton ran for 63 yards on 10 carries with a TD. Troy defense also recorded 4 sacks in the game and started the scoring in the contest with a safety.
