Class 3A Sabetha Sub-State 1st round
Maur Hill led 23-20 at the half over Sabetha but the game was tied 37-37 late in the fourth quarter. Sabetha up three points late with 16.3 seconds had Hillary Krebs hit a pair of free throws to make 41-37 but Maur Hill hit a free throw and then had a potential chance to tie the game with a three-pointer but missed and at the buzzer the Ravens got a two-point bucket but Sabetha earned the one-point win.
Krebs led Sabetha with 16 points, while Skylar McAfee posted 10 points. Lauren Kocour led Maur Hill with 13 points, while Hana Ronnebaum netted 10 points.
