Holton posted a 16-7 second quarter to go into halftime up 28-18 over Hiawatha and despite a 20-14 fourth by the Red Hawks the Wildcats would get the win. Bryson Patch led Holton with 24 points hitting 8-9 free throws as his team was 13-18 from the line. Hiawatha only shot two free throws in the game (0-2 FTs). Joseph Kunkel led Hiawatha with 18 points, while Alec Elffner tallied 9 points.
