3A State Tournament - 3rd place game (at Hutchinson)
Hays TMP led just 11-10 after the first quarter but pushed that lead to 31-27 at intermission over Nemaha Central. The Thunder tied the game at 43-43 after three quarters only to see TMP win the fourth 20-14 to secure the win. Nemaha Central outscored TMP in points in the paint 34-24, while Kaley Dalinghaus led the team with 20 points going 10-18 from the floor, while Laura Macke tallied 18 points going 8-14 from the floor. TMP notched a 23-27 night from the free throw line.
