Down 16-0 at the half Marysville fought back to tie the contest in the 4th quarter but a score with 1:01 left in the contest lifted Concordia to the win over Marysville. Jack Blumer ran for a TD and tossed a 10-yard TD pass to Jacob Backus for the Bulldogs in the loss. Blumer finished with 164 yards passing on 16-24 (INT) and ran for 88 yards on 12 carries. Concordia ran the ball well for 260 yards as a team.
