Hanover Wildcats picked up their 21st straight win and won the District title but winning another game by a wide margin topping Axtell. Wildcats led 32-0 after the 1st quarter and cruised to the win. Carter Bruna ran for 130 yards on 9 carries with 3 TDs, while Kevin Deiderich added 88 yards on 6 carries with 3 TDs. Brennan Zabokrtsky added a fumble recovery TD.
Axtell in the loss had 4 turnovers, while Quinn Buessing was 9-20 for 123 yards with a TD (2 INTs). Hunter Koch had 87 yards on 5 receptions for a TD.
