Sabetha clinched a playoff berth with a routing win over Riverside. The Bluejays led 22-0 after the 1st quarter and were up 35-0 at halftime. Mason Engelken ran for 113 yards on 6 carries with a TD, while Joel Hackney added 99 yards on 10 carries with a TD. Joe Gruber posted 77 yards on 8 carries with a TD for Sabetha, while Wyatt Beyer chipped in 66 yards on 9 carries with a TD. Gabe Garber added 2 rushing TDs on 4 carries for 21 yards, while Tristan Edelman and Brandon Brownlee each had a rushing TD.
Sabetha outgained Riverside 462 to 63 yards total offense. Riverside in the loss was led by Scott Resler who carried 13 times for 24 yards, while Andrew Miller was 5-9 for 11 yards.
