Up 7-2 early in the first quarter Sabetha saw Marysville post a 9-0 run to end the first quarter and lead 11-7. Headed into halftime Marysville led 20-18 but after three quarter's Sabetha held the 26-24 advantage only to see Marysville finish the game with a 14-8 fourth quarter to earn the win. 

Sami Bartels led Marysville with 14 points, while Nicole Franco scored 9 points. Morgan Schuette netted 12 points for Sabetha, while Hillary Krebs scored 10 points.
