Riverside led 10-8 after the first quarter but a 12-3 second quarter by Hiawatha led to a 20-13 Red Hawk lead at halftime and in a game that featured 58 fouls and 69 free throw attempts the Red Hawks edged the Cyclones for the win. Jay Hrencher and Reagan Riley led Hiawatha with 9 points each, while Riverside was led by Kallie Hawkins and Endie Byrd who scored 11 points each.
