KC Christian led 16-5 after the first quarter but Horton matched that with a 16-5 second quarter to tie the game at 21-21 at halftime. The second half was in favor of KC Christian who outscored Horton 39-25 in the second half to earn the win. Horton was led by Nathan Isaacs who scored 14 points, while Craig Wahwahsuck netted 12 points and Isaih Cortes added 10 points.
