TVL Tournament (at Onaga) - Quarterfinals
Hanover pounced on Doniphan West early the Mustangs were unable to recover as the Wildcats earned the 72-33 win. The Wildcats opened the game working to a 14-5 advantage over the first four minutes of play and by the end of the first it was a 26-10 Hanover lead. Heading into halftime Hanover led 42-24 and put the game away with a 23-5 third quarter to earn the win.
Wildcats had 11 different girls score in the contest with Macy Doebele leading the charge scoring 14 points earning Community National Bank "Player to Bank On" honors on 92.1 KMZA. Makenna Jueneman chipped in 10 points, while both Claire Zarybnicky and Tasha Bruna each tallied nine. The win moves Hanover into the Semifinals of the TVL tournament and to 7-1 on the year.
Doniphan West in the loss was led by Heidi Leach who scored 12 points, while Myah Olson netted 11 points. The Mustangs fell to 5-5 on the season and into the Consolation Semifinals in the tournament.
