Axtell led 11-7 after the first quarter but only held a 19-17 advantage at the half over Washington County. The Tigers then posted a 13-5 third quarter to take the lead and ultimately the game. Washington County was led by Tess Cecrle who scored 14 points, while Holly Delay posted 13 points and Lauren Wyatt added 11 points. Axtell was led by Hanna Schmitz who scored 12 points, while Maryna Buessing finished with 11 points.
