Horton won the second quarter 23-10 and was led by Brent Matthias with 17 points and Derrick Stone and Dakota Bayles each added 10 in the 7th place game of the Raider Classic in Seneca.  The Chargers had lost their first two games on the tourney by a combined 6 points, but have now won 5 of their last 7 games overall.
