Lady Cardinals of Wetmore went on the road and earned the win over future TVL team the Lady Trojans of Troy. Cardinals lead it by one after the 1st quarter and only lead it by two at the half after only a 1-0 2nd quarter. Wetmore used a 14-9 to put some distance away from them against Troy with late free throws in the game.
Alayna Noe lead the Cardinals with a 12 point night, going 4-4 from the free throw line, while Jordan Evans added 8 points. Troy was lead by Kelli Marriot who tallied 9 points.
