Another quick start propelled Holton to their third straight win and a 2-0 district record by defeating Royal Valley. Eli Hallauer returned the opening kick 90 yards for a touchdown to start the night and four other Wildcats had a rushing touchdown as Holton ran for 328 yards building a 34-3 advantage heading into the fourth quarter.
Another balanced wishbone rushing attack was led by Kyler Jackson who had an all-around big night and totaled 104 yards on 13 carries while Abbott Hundley added 95 yards on just 10 totes. Andrew Shupe, Cael Frazier and Caleb Chermock all had over 45 yards rushing as well.
