Both teams were in search of their first win of the season and Abilene came away with the win, but for Marysville they got healthier with injured players returning again and seemingly found some offense, also.
Bulldogs registered 305 total yards of offense with quarterback, James Landoll going 6-9 149 yards TD and rush TD. Brady Moore caught Landoll's TD pass for 4 yards, while Garrett Eck got the Bulldogs rushing attack going with 23 carries for 122 yards and 2 TD's (6 & 5 yards).
