Holton's 48-game Big Seven League win streak was broken by Nemaha Central as the Thunder sounded for the big road win. Nemaha Central held a 14-7 lead a halftime and went on to grab the win. Ryan Hasenkamp helped led the Thunder going 10-16 for 172 yards with 2 TDs (INT) & ran for 80 yards on 15 carries with a TD. Tristan Allen caught 6 passes for 151 yards, while Dalton Hiltbrand caught 3 passes for 55 yards and 2 TDs, Mitchell Henry added a rushing TD.
Holton had a pair of fumbles in the contest and were led by Mason Barta who ran for 112 yards on 21 carries with a TD. Justin Pool had 21 yards on 9 carries with a TD and Justin Rieschick ran for 27 yards on 9 carries.
