Royal Valley held a 14-6 lead after the 1st quarter and the Panthers added to that lead, leading 21-12 at halftime over Riverside on their way to the win. Derrick Barger led the Panthers with 258 yards on 23 carries with 3 TDs, while Noah Ensley caught a 39-yard TD pass from Zack Lux.
Riverside had Andrew Miller go for 134 yards passing on 15-23 with 2 TDs (INT), while Grant Shue caught 4 passes for 49 yards with a 20-yard TD catch. Gage Olivero had 6 receptions for 52 yards and a 31-yard TD and Bryer Miller posted 71 yards on 21 carries.
