Frankfort held the 22-21 advantage at the half but Doniphan West took the lead in the second and earned the three-point win on the road. Kenzie Blevins led the Mustangs with 26 points going 8-10 from the free throw line, while Lexie Whetstine added 10 points. Jessa Yaussi led Frankfort with 12 points, while Emilee Ebert and Kyla Hardwick each scored 10 points.
