Blue Valley got off to a strong start leading 14-4 after the first quarter against Clifton-Clyde but the Eagles responded with a 21-12 second quarter and trailed just 26-25 at halftime. The second half was won by Clifton-Clyde as they outscored Blue Valley 39-31 to earn the win. Matt Barnes led Cilfton-Clyde with 12 points, while Bradley Koch scored 10 points. Hadyn Budenbender led Blue Valley with 22 points, while Chase Carey posted 14 points and Bradley Young tallied 13 points.
