Nemaha Central led most of the first quarter until Holton took the lead 13-10 at the end of the quarter and went into halftime up 23-22 over the Thunder. The Thunder stormed in front with a commanding 18-4 third quarter to ultimately take the game as Laura Macke led the team with 17 points hitting 10-12 free throws, while the Thunder as a team was 27-36 from the free throw line. Rachael Baumgartner chipped in 10 points for Nemaha Central, while Holton was led by Shay Tanking who scored 12 points and Courtney Boswell added 10 points.
