St. Mary's led 19-16 after the first quarter but a 21-11 second quarter by Centralia gave the Panthers the lead 37-30 at halftime and Centralia went on to grab the win. John Johnson paced Centralia with 13 points, while Levi Koch scored 12 points, Braden Deters added 10 points and both Dustin Talley and Trenton Stallbaumer scored 9 points each.
