3A Hiawatha Sub-State Championship (at Hiawatha)

Sabetha led 15-8 after the first quarter but only 25-23 at the half against Nemaha Central and used an 18-13 fourth quarter to secure a bid to the 3A State tournament. Alexis McAfee led the Bluejays with 23 points, while Emily Meyer posted 15 points. Laura Macke led Nemaha Central with 17 points and Rachael Baumgartner scored 15 points.
