Lady Falcons battled off TVL foe Axtell in non-league early in the season, as Laura Sudbeck tallied a double double with 14 points and around 18 rebounds, with Katie Huerter tallying 12 points on the night, too. Axtell was lead by a pair of freshman, Kriesten Talbot and Courtney Heinen 14 and 9 points, respectively.
