The Holton girls wrestling team claimed the first ever Big East league title on Thursday night at Rossville.
The Wildcats put together a dominant performance finishing the tournament with 185.5 points. Silver Lake finished in second place with 129.5 points followed by Sabetha in third place with 90 points.
Perry-Lecompton finished in fourth place with 87 points and Jefferson West finished in fifth place with 75 points.
Nemaha Central (63.5), Rossville (61.5), St. Marys (32), Royal Valley (16), Riley County (14), and Hiawatha (11) rounded out the team scores.
