The Jefferson West girls golf team finished in second place on Monday afternoon at the Silver Lake Invitational at Lake Shawnee Golf Course. 

The Tigers were led by Addison Fechter who finished in third place with an 84, Dearah Garrett in fourth place with a 91, Taryn Taylor in seventh place with a 94, and Izzy Higgins in eighth place with a 96. 

Silver Lake's Kailyn Hanni won the tournament with a round of 83 while Peyton Pitts of Osage City finished in second place with an 84. 

West Franklin won the tournament with a team score of 360, Jeff West in second with a score of 365, followed by Osage City, Rossville, and Silver Lake to round out the top five.
