The 2A State Cross Country Meet was held on Saturday at Wamego Country Club. 

Girls: KC Christian won the team title while Berean Academy finished runner-up and Hoxie with a third place finish. 

Notable Individual Finishes: Raelynn Blanton of Horton (24th), Clare Trotter of Maur Hill-Mount Academy (35th), Rowan Robey of Jefferson County North (56th), Madelyn Wonnell of Rossville (67th), Bella Black of Maur Hill-Mount Academy (71st), Emma Warders of Valley Heights (76th), and Lindsay Gray of Valley Heights (86th).  

Boys: Jefferson County North finished in fourth place in the team standings behind only Hutchinson-Trinity, KC Christian, and Central Heights. 

Notable Individual Finishes: Lucas Meredith of Jefferson County North (7th), Max Kane of Jefferson County North (11th), Kebeb Zimmerman of Valley Heights (22nd), Langston Gray of Valley Heights (33rd), Tyler Holmes of Valley Heights (34th), Jackson Cole of Doniphan West (40th), Atticus Jensen of Washington County (61st), Mathias Domann of Jefferson County North (65th), Scott Roloff of Jefferson County North (72nd), Caliber Beecham of Jefferson County North (73rd), and Judah Borg of Jefferson County North (79th).
