3A State Cross Country Results

The 3A State Cross Country was held on Saturday at Rim Rock Farm in Lawrence. 

Girls: Hiawatha finished in fifth place behind only Hesston, Trinity, Cheney, and Norton. Holton finished in 11th place. 

Notable Individual Finishes: Pauly Rockey of Hiawatha (11th), Addisyn Gutsch of Riley County (23rd), Cora Langill of Nemaha Central (30th), Josie Shelton of Royal Valley (34th), Alessandra Gerber of Silver Lake (35th), Kennedy Smith of Holton (36th), Sophia Goombi of Holton (44th), Ali Krauter of Hiawatha (45th), Annabelle Shelkey of Oskaloosa (46th), Arianna Faulkner of Royal Valley (54th), Bri Guilliams of Hiawatha (55th), Lucy Metzger of Sabetha (56th), Ava Andres of Hiawatha (59th), Emma Vogel of Oskaloosa (67th), Rebekah Dement of Holton (78th), Henley Shoemaker of Hiawatha (80th), and Katie Purcell of Holton (83rd).  

Boys: Riley County finished eighth in the team standings with Holton in 10th place and Silver Lake in 12th place. Southeast of Saline won the team title.
