Justin Lee Irvine Memorial Tournament – Results

Area high school wrestling teams wrapped up 2019 Saturday at the Pleasant Ridge Invitational and the Riverside Cyclones claimed the team title with four first place finishes.

On their way to the team championship the Cyclones had Conner Hayes win the 126-pound weight class while Austin Geeting claimed first at 132 pounds, Beau Horn at 145 and Luke Horn at 152.

Maur Hill-Mount Academy added three more first places as Ethan Seager took first at 113 pounds while Patrick Madden did the same at 138 pounds and Dylan Smith at 160.

The Oskaloosa Bears also claimed three individual titles as Eli King won at 195 pounds while Christopher King captured the 220-pound title and Justin Miller at 285.

The only other team with multiple wins was Jeff West who finished with two as Theron Miller claimed the 106-pound title while Joel Scott won at 170.

The final first place finish came from Pleasant Ridge who had Robert Gwartney claimed the 182-pound title.
