It was tied at the half 21-21 between Valley Heights and Hanover for the right to make the Class 1A-DI state tourney. Hanover then used a 23-7 4th quarter to close out the game and continue their season. Courtney Jueneman lead the Wildcats with 16 points, while Colleen Klecan and Ramona Weber each posted 12 and 11 points, respectively. Valley Heights was lead by Sidney Blackburn and Brandi Roepke who finished with 11 and 10 points on the night.
