Class 3A 1st round State Tournament --

Sabetha lady Bluejays as the eight seed took on the number one seed unbeaten Burlington squad, but Bluejays gave them a game just like in the regular season mid year tournament. Sabetha pushed out to a 11-8 lead after the 1st quarter but Burlington used a 17-6 2nd frame to take the lead. It went down to the wire but Burlington held off Sabetha. Bluejays were lead by Ashley Annan with 19 points and Alexis McAfee who chipped in 14 points.
