Class 1A-Division I 1st round State tournament --

Down early to Olpe 20-13 after the 1st quarter the Centralia Panthers came back on the prowl in the 2nd period using a 20-9 quarter to lead at the half and hold off Olpe for the win, to advance to the state semifinals. Brett Burdiek lead the way with 23 points and Sam Steinlage added 17 points.
