Axtell clinched the district championship and sealed their 20th win in a row. Quarterback Isaac Detweiler and running back Brandon Schmelzle both got three touchdowns in the victory. Wide receiver Evan Buessing had a multi-touchdown day as well. They will hope to go undefeated for the 2022 regular season next week at Doniphan West.
