It took the Thunder until the second half to put the game away as they led the Falcons just 7-0 at halftime. Both teams ran 52 plays in the game but the Thunder scored twice in the third quarter and added a safety on defense.
Nemaha Central remains the top scoring defense in the state among all classifications as they've allowed only six points in seven games including posting six consecutive shutouts.
The Thunder will travel to #2 Sabetha for the regular season finale with both the district and Big 7 league titles on the line.
