Cyclones blew by the Dragons in a week two showdown, using a 22-0 2nd quarter to take firm control of the game. Riverside quarterback, Andrae McGaughy went 9-11 for 199 yards, while going to his legs to rush for three scores. Drew Hoffman added a pair of rush TD for Riverside.

For the Dragons the lone TD came at the hands of quarterback, Marty Gatzemeyer tossing a pass to Luke Burns. Gatzemeyer finished 5-8 for 140 yards with the TD, while Burns caught 4 balls for 102 yards and the TD.
