In a thrilling Big Seven league showdown it was the Jeff West Tigers making the comeback to grab the win away from the Red Hawks of Hiawatha. Tigers quarterback, Ian Mullins was 9-15 for 210 yards and 2 TD passes and a TD run, while making clutch plays on a pair of fourth downs (4th & goal tossed TD passes, kept game-winning drive alive with 21-yard run on 4th down). Drew Slimmer and Bret Ricklefs came up with the TD receptions from Mullins for the Tigers.
For Hiawatha Connor Bigham caught 4 passes on the night for 136 yards and a 76-yard TD, while also kicking a 28-yard field goal. On the ground Parker Hasenkamp ran for a 4-yard TD run, while Brendan Steele ran for 103 yards.
