Hiawatha Red Hawks dominated Riverside with a stonewall defense in the game that allowed only 93 total yards of offense to the Cyclones and recovered 5 fumbles in the game. Hiawatha had a 21-0 2nd quarter to give them early control of the game and Brendan Steele had 4 TDs on the night to lead the Red Hawks.

Riverside's lone score came by the defense as Andre McGaughy picked off a pass and returned it for a TD.
