Five guys in double figures helped Atchison post 84 and work past Pleasant Ridge, despite trailing 16-13 after the 1st quarter to the Rams; Atchison was blistering hot from the floor in the second quarter outscoring Pleasant Ridge 35-8. Jerome Luster lead the Redmen with 19 points, while Tanner Huntington added 18 points and Ivan Cushinberry chipped in 12 points. Wykeen Gill and RaShaun Chambers joined the double figure club on the night with 10 points each.
Pleasant Ridge in the loss were lead by Sean Spurlock who scored 13 points and Jagar Haack and Kyle Jones each posted 8 points.
