Behind a 22-5 1st quarter the Axtell Eagles headed into the holiday break with an above .500 record on the season topping Clifton-Clyde. Eagles lead 31-11 at the half and were lead by Courtney Heinen who tallied 17 points and Megan Buessing chipped in 11 points.

Clifton-Clyde in the loss was lead by Taylor Siefert who tallied 9 points.
