3A Horton Sub-State 1st round

Marysville took the early lead against Nemaha Valley leading 12-10 after the 1st quarter but the Raiders responded with a 14-5 2nd quarter to lead 24-17 at the half and ultimately grab the win in a grind it out game. Justice McKernan paced the Raiders with 17 points, while Caleb Meyer scored 11 points. Marysville was led by Zach Pieschl who scored 13 points, while Brock Watts tallied 12 points and the Bulldogs as a tema hit 8 three-pointers in the game.
